NFL coaching rumors roundup: Jay Gruden a popular name for 4 of 5 vacancies

The Cardinals, Chargers, Eagles and Chargers have all shown interest in the Bengals' offensive coordinator.

If Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly is not seriously considering an NFL job and is instead using the interest of the Eagles to earn a higher paycheck from the Irish, as many believe, he's doing quite the acting job.

Kelly is scheduled to have a second interview with the Eagles and has reportedly been reaching out to people in the NFL to learn more about coaching at the next level.

The Eagles are one of five teams still looking to fill a head coaching vacancy, along with the Bears, Cardinals, Chargers and Jaguars. While the Eagles are the only ones with reported interest in Kelly, they are one of four teams that has met with, or is scheduled to meet with, Bengals offensive coordinator Jay Gruden, as only the Bears have not been linked via reports.

Other news regarding a candidate receiving interest from multiple teams came from Seattle Seahawks defensive coordinator Guy Bradley, who interviewed with both the Eagles and Chargers. Bradley, however, would not be available for hire until after the Seahawks are eliminated from the playoffs, as would Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy and Falcons special teams coordinator Keith Armstrong, each of whom have received interest from the Jaguars.
